     Welcome to The Nest on Swan River, an intimate, riverfront wedding venue nestled near the Swan Mountains, the ideal location for your dream wedding. 

     This tranquil bend in the river provides a beautiful setting for a private ceremony and picturesque reception. Enjoy your Wedding Weekend Experience as The Nest provides lodging for the bridal party, family and friends.

Event Packages (May 15 - October 15)

Venue & Lodging for over 25 guests, two nights, three days.  Entire campus is utilized ensuring privacy for a Wedding Experience;

  • The Inn, 5 bedrooms, 5 baths – Sleeps 11

  • (Wedding Suite), Riverhouse Cabin 1 – Sleeps 6 

  • (Groomsmen Quarters), Riverhouse Cabin 2 – Sleeps 4

  • Bungalow Studio, private lodging for the wedding couple - Sleeps 4

  • Riverfront Ceremony sight

  • Outdoor covered Pavilion 20’x40’ with concrete floor for kicking up your heels, Full service Bar, Cooler, Chandeliers

  • Indoor Gathering Room included for  options as Welcome/Rehearsal dinner, food staging area with bar or other.  Use of our tables for seating up to 40 guests or use these tables for staging food.  We have 2 - 8'x3' wood tables, 1- 4x4 wood table with 30 wood bistro chairs.  Lots of room for additional rental tables and chairs for your desired look.

  • Three Patio Heaters

  • Gazebo

  • Fire Pit for post reception gatherings (depending on fire conditions)

  • Rustic flower or beverage carts, 2 wine barrels, 3 wood hexagon tables, use of metal patio tables if needed.

  • Commercial kitchen for use by your hired caterer. Walk-in cooler for cake, flowers, food, beverages.

  • Full bar setup includes use of our liquor license with bartender(s) for 7 hours ( $1000 Minimum bar budget)

  • Patio and decks overlooking the river

  • Assistance to vendors day of event .  (Day of coordinator or Planner highly suggested)

Capacity up to 125 guests

All lodging, venue and amenities - $ 13,000  (price reduction for 2025 bookings)

  • Ceremony sight overlooking the river

  • Fire Pit area

  • Indoor dining and reception

  • Indoor Gathering Room included for  options as Welcome/Rehearsal dinner, food staging area with bar or other.  Use of our tables for seating up to 40 guests or use these tables for staging food.  We have 2 - 8'x3' wood tables, 1- 4x4 wood table with 30 wood bistro chairs.  Lots of room for additional rental tables and chairs for your desired look.

  • Commercial kitchen fur use with the hired caterer you've chosen. Walk-in cooler for cake, flowers, food, beverages.

  • Commercial kitchen for use by your hired caterer. Walk-in cooler for cake, flowers, food, beverages.

  • Our Liquor License provides Total bar setup with bartender for 7 hours ( $500 Minimum bar budget required)

  • Assistance to vendors day of event.
